Job Description

Le Directeur de District Pièces et Service, qui est basé au centre d'affaires du Québec à Montréal, est une position de ventes responsable de la croissance des affaires aux opérations fixes des concessionnaires Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Fiat et Alfa Romeo dans son territoire. Les responsabilités du poste incluent : maximisation des ventes et des revenus de pièces et service, de la satisfaction de la clientèle et le développement des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs établis. Le titulaire du poste devra également agir comme intermédiaire entre le manufacturier et les concessionnaires afin de les conseiller sur la gestion de l'inventaire, les activités promotionnelles et la participation aux divers programmes tout en identifiant les opportunités d'amélioration. Le DD s'assurera de la croissance des ventes au niveau des accessoires MOPAR, du contrôle des coûts de garantie, de la croissance des ventes de contrats de service, du support des concessionnaires avec des promotions spéciales sur les accessoires, de l'assistance avec les réclamations de garantie, et de l'apport des recommandations quant aux plans marketing, de l'analyse des états financiers des concessionnaires et des lancements de nouveaux produits.

 

The Service District Manager is based in our Quebec Business Center in Montreal and is a revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Fiat and Alfa Romeo Dealership Parts and Service Business. Responsibilities of the position will include: maximizing district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in his/her area of responsibility; acting as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer, where it will counsel the latter in the management of inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programs; ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvement; supporting dealers with special accessory promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contract penetration; motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training.

Position Requirements

Qualifications de base:

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, marketing ou un domaine connexe
  • Habiletés en communication exceptionnelles tant au verbal qu'à l'écrit
  • Maîtrise l'informatique et particulièrement la suite Office de Microsoft et G Suite de Google
  • Il est en règle avec les autorités canadiennes et québécoises afin de pouvoir travailler au Canada
  • Bilingue (Francais/Anglais)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G Suite
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and Quebec
  • Fully bilingual (French/English)

Qualifications préférées:

  • Maîtrise ou diplôme de 2ème cycle
  • Expérience dans la vente et/ou la commercialisation, préférablement dans un domaine relié ou similaire à l'automobile
  • Motivation avec forte propension à atteindre ses objectifs sous une supervision minimale
  • Disposé à être relocalisé pour fins de promotion
  • Est disponible pour voyager au Canada/États-Unis lorsque requis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Graduate degree
  • Sales experience, preferably automotive-related or similar industry
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
  • Willing to relocate for promotional opportunities
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada/USA when required
