Job Description

Le chef de territoire, ventes devra : prévoir les objectifs de vente au détail par gamme de véhicules pour assurer que les commandes des concessionnaires respectent la demande du marché; gérer les allocations mensuelles par rapport aux horaires pour assurer une capacité maximale de production au sein du territoire; identifier les concessionnaires ayant une perte de responsabilité de ventes minimales (RVM) et identifier les secteurs de possibilité; revoir les états financiers du concessionnaire dont le fonds de roulement, la valeur nette, le total des liquidités et des dépenses pour déterminer si le concessionnaire gère et promeut adéquatement les ventes au détail; assurer que la publicité du concessionnaire est cohérente avec la Coopérative publicitaire des concessionnaires (CPC) et le message corporatif selon les considérations de la coop; servir de liaison entre le concessionnaire et le fabricant pour aider le concessionnaire dans tous les domaines de la vente au détail et résoudre les conflits qui peuvent survenir à propos des lignes directrices de l'entreprise (p. ex., incitatifs, logistique, restrictions, etc.)

 

The Sales District Managers job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line to ensure dealer orders to meet market demand
  • Managing monthly allocation vs. schedules to ensure maximum production capability within the district
  • Identifying top minimum sales responsibility (MSR) loss dealers and identify opportunity areas
  • Reviewing dealer financial statements in regards to working capital, net worth, total cash and expenses to determine the dealer's ability to operate properly and promote retail
  • Ensuring that dealers' advertising is consistent with Dealer Advertising Association (DAA) and corporate message for co-op consideration
  • Serving as liaison between dealer and manufacturer to assist dealer in all areas of retail and resolve conflict that may occur within corporate guidelines (i.e. incentives, logistics, restrictions, etc.)



Position Requirements

Exigences:

  • Baccalauréat de 1er cycle en administration des affaires, marketing ou un domaine connexe
  • Communication haut delà de la moyenne en français et en anglais tant au verbal qu'à l'écrit
  • À l'aise avec l'informatique et particulièrement les programmes Excel, Word ainsi que PowerPoint
  • Il est en règle avec les autorités Canadienne et Québécoise afin de pouvoir travailler au Canada
  • Auto-motivable avec forte propension à atteindre ses objectifs sous une supervision minimale
  • Reconnait qu'une relocalisation est nécessaire pour fins de promotion
  • Est disponible pour voyager afin de rencontrer ses concessionnaires attitrés
  • Bilingue (Francais/Anglais)
Atouts:
  • Maîtrise
  • Expérience dans la vente et/ou la commercialisation, préférablement dans un domaine relié ou similaire à l'automobile
 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Must be bilingual (French/English)
  • Position requires extensive travel with future relocation within Canada
  • Must meet Canadian immigration requirements and legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
  • Willing to relocate for promotional opportunities
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada/USA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Sales experience, prefer automotive related
